We only collect what is necessary to respond to your request:

• Contact data (name, phone, email, message): when you use the contact form or newsletter. Sent directly to our WhatsApp or email.
• Navigation data (chosen language, pages visited, time on site): only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, OS): collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and basic operation.

• Pre-contract performance (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)): responding to quotes and contact requests.
• Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)): newsletter; analytics and marketing cookies.
• Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)): security, fraud prevention and site improvement, respecting your rights.

We do not sell your data. We only share with service providers strictly necessary for the site to work:

• WhatsApp / Meta: communication channel for contact and support.
• Vercel: site hosting.
• Supabase: storage of editorial content and cookie consent log (only your choices, no IP).

This site is not intended for minors under 18. If an interaction involves minors, processing happens under the responsibility of the legal guardian.
